Each artwork is carefully produced and prepared with attention to detail, to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully at your home.

Production & Processing

All prints are produced through a professional fine art printing partner.

• Prints: 5–10 business days (production + preparation)
• Original artworks: 3–7 business days (if in stock)

Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping & Delivery

I ship worldwide from Switzerland.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and format of the artwork.

All shipments are handled through reliable delivery services and include tracking. Insurance is included for original artworks.

Signature is required upon delivery for original artworks.

Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the website.

Collecting art should never be the thing that holds you back.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Switzerland: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal services.

Packaging

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, with protective wrapping, reinforced packaging or tubes, and extra protection for corners and surfaces.

Every piece is treated as a unique work of art.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside Switzerland, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refused delivery, the artwork will be restocked. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

I cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, or for failed delivery attempts due to recipient absence. Returned orders due to address issues may incur additional shipping fees.

Large or Special Orders

For oversized artworks or special requests, custom shipping arrangements may be required. Please contact me before ordering to ensure the best delivery solution for your artwork.
